Can I invite a home seller to fill out their disclosure without purchasing Home Sale Legal Protection for them?
All agents can send their sellers access to complete the disclosure form for free by clicking the "Invite New Seller" button on their agent dashboard. Fill out the form, then select a tier for Home Sale Legal Protection or click "No Protection" to allow your seller to decide if they want to buy it or not:
Step 1. Click on “Add Property”
Step 2. Fill out the seller information on the form to create the disclosure order, and select from the available forms (if applicable)
Step 3. Choose Home Sale Legal Protection to purchase on your seller's behalf OR choose "No Protection Package" (this is the no cost option - sellers still receive access to complete their forms using the legal tips and guidance and will have the opportunity to purchase or decline legal protection).
Seller receives an access email to complete their disclosure form after you click "Submit".
