Can I invite a home seller to fill out their disclosure without purchasing Home Sale Legal Protection for them?
All agents can send their sellers access to complete the disclosure form for free by clicking the "Invite New Seller" button on their agent dashboard. Fill out the form, then select a tier for Home Sale Legal Protection or click "No Protection" to allow your seller to decide if they want to buy it or not:
Step 1. Click on “Invite New Seller”
Step 2. Fill out the seller information on the form to create the disclosure order
Step 3. Choose Home Sale Legal Protection as a client gift OR choose "No Protection Package" (this is the no cost option - sellers still receive access to complete their forms using the legal tips and guidance!)
Seller receives an access email to complete their disclosure form after you click "Submit" on the "Invite new seller" form.
