Can my seller update, edit, or make changes to their disclosure?

Sellers can edit their disclosure form at any time by signing back into their account at protect3.sellersshield.com and selecting the "edit" button.

Sellers will need to confirm that they would like to clear their signatures and re-sign the disclosure forms once they have made their edits.

From there, sellers can navigate to the section they need to edit by using the left hand menu.

Sellers will also need to save at the bottom of each page after changes have been made.

Once all changes have been made, all sellers will need to re-sign the disclosure forms.

Once signed, the updated version will be emailed to the agent and seller, as well as available in both the seller and agent dashboards.
