Do both sellers have to sign through Sellers Shield?

If there are two sellers on the order for the disclosure, both will need to sign. However, if the primary seller or agent did not add an additional seller to the order for the disclosure, no additional signatures are required. You can print or download the disclosure for an additional seller's signature and printed name.
