Sellers Shield has the capacity for up to two sellers to sign the disclosure forms through our platform.

In order for the PDF to be produced, the primary seller must sign through Sellers Shield. 

If a second seller is listed on the invite, as soon as the primary seller signs the disclosure forms, the second seller will receive an email asking for their signature. 

Once all sellers listed have signed, the listing agent will receive an email with the completed disclosure form attached.
