Learn how to access, download, and manage previous versions of seller disclosure documents within Sellers Shield. This guide covers the workflow for both agents and sellers to retrieve previously signed files, in case a form has been re-signed or updated and an earlier signed version needs to be referenced or downloaded.

Agent: Downloading Previously Signed Documents

1. On the seller's order details page, click the Previously Signed Docs tab next to Disclosure Progress.
2. This tab lists all previously signed versions of the disclosure form, along with the date each version was signed.
3. Click Show previously signed versions to expand the list, then click Download next to any prior version to download it.
   

Seller: Downloading Previously Signed Disclosures

1. On the sellers main dashboard, sellers can see a link under any form they've signed, called "earlier versions" 
2. Clicking that link expands to show earlier versions, with the date each version was signed and when it was replaced.
3. Click Download next to any earlier version to download that previously signed copy of the form.
