When a Pay at Close order is submitted, Sellers Shield sends automatic emails requesting the closing information for the property.
The requested information is
- Closing Date
- Title company Name
- Escrow Officer Name
- Escrow Office Email address
This information can be entered in your agent dashboard by clicking on the listing and selecting "add closing information" under Seller Details
Alternatively, you can respond back to the email asking for closing information and a Sellers Shield support team member will enter the closing information for you.
Once closing information is provided, an email with a copy of the invoice attached is sent to the Escrow Officer email address. The invoice can be accessed via the link, and it will also be attached as a PDF to the email.
