How to edit the property information after the invite has been submitted

Once an invite is submitted, the listing information can be edited in the agent dashboard until the seller has clicked the link in the access email. 
After the seller has accepted the invite, only the seller can make edits to the listing information, however, Sellers Shield Customer Support can make edits at any time. 

To edit the listing information before the seller has accessed the invite, click on the listing in your agent dashboard. If the status of the invitation is "invitation sent", you will be able to edit the property information. 




From there, click "edit listing" - if the listing can no longer be edited by the agent, you will see "message seller" instead. 



The "edit listing" option will allow you to the edit the property information, including the street address, city or zip code, as well as the first and last name and email addresses of the primary and secondary seller. A second seller can also be added or removed by clicking the "edit listing" option.
