How to edit your disclosure form:
Edits can be easily made by signing back into your Sellers Shield dashboard - go to protect.sellersshield.com, enter the email address and password for your account. Once inside your dashboard, if you have already signed the disclosure, click on "make changes" which will ask you to clear your signatures. Once you clear signatures, you will be able to make the necessary changes, and then re-sign once done.
If you have not already signed the disclosure, click on "review and sign"
Then click on "make changes". Once all changes have been made, you will need to sign the disclosure forms.
Agents also have the ability to send their sellers an email from their dashboard with instructions on how to edit and a link back to their dashboard. In your agent account, click on the listing, and choose "message seller" and an email will automatically be sent to your home seller.
