How to monitor client's progress
To monitor your clients progress, sign into your account. On your main dashboard page, you will see all of your listings. You can sort, filter, or use the search if you do not see the listing you are looking for.
On the main page, you can see the status of all of your listings.
You can also see the Protection status of each listing.
For additional activity details or the protection package purchased, click on the listing.
Under "disclosure process" you will see where your seller is in the process. Additional activity data is available further down the page.
For more information about the legal protection purchased for the listing, look under "Protection status"
If Home Sale Legal Proteciton has been been purchased or reserved, you will be able to see the package purchased. If no protection has been purchased, you can click on "get protection" to add Home Sale Legal Protection to the listing.
*As a reminder, "resevered" means that the agent or seller have elected to purchase Home Sale Legal Protection out of the closing proceeds of the sale and that closing information must be provided in order for an invoice to be sent to title to collect payment.
