If you can't sign in because Sellers Shield doesn't recognize your email or phone number, you can look up your existing account and verify your identity to regain access.
On the sign-in screen, enter your email address or phone number (you only need one) along with your password, then click Sign In.
If the system doesn't recognize your email or phone number, you'll see a message letting you know, along with two options:
Select Find my existing account.
You can search for your account using any of the following:
Choose the tab that matches the information you have, fill in the field, and click Find my account.
Once your account is found, you'll be shown the name and contact info on file and asked how you'd like to verify it's you:
Select a method, then enter the 6-digit code when it arrives. Codes expire after 10 minutes. If you don't receive it, you can request a new one after a short wait using Resend.
Click Verify code to continue.
Once your identity is confirmed, you can update your account:
Note: For security, you'll be asked to create a new password any time your email address changes.
Click Save and sign in to finish updating your details and access your account.
