How to Sign up as a Transaction Coodinator as sellersshield.com -
From there, enter your email address and select the state you work in (this does not effect the agents you are able to connect with - if you work in multiple states, you will be able to connect with agents in multiple states. To get started select the main state you work in).
Once you have created your account, select "New connection" to start connecting with the agents you work with.
Provide the agents first and last name, and email address. (Agents do not have to have an existing account with Sellers Shield to send the connection request).
Once the agent accepts the request, you will receive an email letting you know it has been accepted.
Once you have connected with your agents, click "invite seller" next to the agent you would like to send the invite on behalf of.
From there, enter the property information and the primary sellers name and email address.
Then scroll down to choose from the available forms and provide a customer message (if you would like).
On the next page, you can choose to provide the sellers with legal protection or choose "no protection, send the invite only" This allows the home sellers the option to purchase legal protection if they would like to.
Once you submit the invite, you will have the option to send a notification to the listing agent letting them know the disclosure form has been sent.
When you click on the agent's name, you will be able to see their dashboard.
Then click on the invite to see the listings details page, edit the property information (invited status only) or download the completed documents (if the agent has allowed for that capability).
