My seller has completed the form(s), but has not signed

If your seller has completed the forms, but has not signed, you can send a reminder to your seller to sign their forms in your dashboard.

Click on the listing in your dashboard:

Then select the "send reminder" button next to the property address.

Select "Remind seller to sign disclosure form(s)." Then "send message"

The email that your seller receives, will have a link back to their disclosure form.

As soon as your seller logs back into their account, they will be immediately prompted to sign the disclosure forms.
