Sellers Shield / Form Simplicity

Sellers Shield / Form Simplicity

Sellers Shield is integrated with Form Simplicity.

To link your accounts, sign into Form Simplicty and select an existing listing transaction, or create a new one.

On the main transation page, you will see a button under the photo "Invite Sellers to Complete Disclosures"

This will take you to create or log into your Sellers Shield account, where you can send the invite to your sellers to complete their disclosure forms.

Once your seller has completed their forms, you will receive an email letting you know it is complete. You can download the completed forms from the email or the forms will also automatically be sent to the "My Files" section of the transaction in Form Simplicity.
