Follow these steps to link your Sellers Shield™ account with your Transaction zipForm Edition account:
Step One: Sign into zipForms and select an existing transaction or create a new one
Step Two: Navigate to the documents section of the transaction
Step Three: Click the "Disclosures" button on the document tab - This will open the Sellers Shield™ login page for you to link your exisitng Sellers Shield™ account. If you do not have a Sellers Shield™ account, you will be prompted to create one.
Step Four: From there, the property information will pre-populate into the invite page, and then you can scroll down and select from the available forms (if applicable):
Once all seller(s) have completed and signed their disclosure forms, you will receive an email with the PDFs attached, or you can access them in your Sellers Shield™ account. When ready, click the zipForm button below the compelted PDFs to import the forms into the transaction in zipForms.
After you have successfully imported the completed documents, the PDFs can be found in the documents section of the transaction.
