Use this guide to send a text message reminder to your seller. Sending a reminder lets you update the seller's contact information and trigger a notification (by email and/or text) so they receive important documentation updates.

Steps

1. Sign into your agent dashboard
2. Click the property row for the order you want to send a reminder for (e.g. "123 Test Street").
3. Click Send Reminder at the top of the order page.
4. In the dialog that appears, choose how to send the message — Email, Text Message, or both — and enter the seller's mobile phone number in the field provided to send a text.
5. Click Send Reminder! to trigger the notification
