How do I get my brokerage started using Sellers Shield?
To launch a brokerage, we need a brokerage logo, and an up to date agent roster with first and last names, email addresses, license IDs and phone numbers. Access emails can be sent out within 48 hours of receiving the agent roster.

Can Home Sale Legal Protection™ be purchased after the sale?

What if my seller needs to edit their disclosure?
The seller can access their forms in their dashboard anytime to edit and make changes. If edits are made on a fully executed document, the seller(s) will have to resign and date.
How will I know when my seller completes the disclosure form?
You’ll be able to track all of your seller’s progress in your dashboard. Once your seller completes the disclosure process, you will receive an email with the completed pdf. You can also manage and download completed forms from within your dashboard.
How does this limit my risk and liability?

Home Sale Legal Protection™ can NOT be purchased on new home construction, investment “flip” properties, or apartments.
In the event of a claim, could I use my own attorney?
No, in the event of a claim Sellers Shield will select and appoint an accredited attorney on the seller’s behalf.
What happens if a claim is made after the sale of my home?
Contact our customer support team as soon as you receive a demand letter. They will ask you to send a copy of the letter and connect you to one of our legal partners in your area.
What if I purchase Home Sale Legal Protection™ and my house does not close?
We can hold your order for Protection until your house does close or issue a refund.
When does my Home Sale Legal Protection™ take effect?
Your protection takes effect after the close of your home.
Is Sellers Shield a home warranty company?
