How is a title company notified for a Pay at Close order?
When a Pay at Close order is submitted, Sellers Shield sends automatic emails requesting the closing information for the property. As soon as closing information is entered, an email immediately goes to the escrow officer at the email address that has been provided. Sellers Shield will follow up with the escrow officer to confirm that the invoice was received and will be presented at the closing table.
