Once you have set up your account, click on "invite seller":
From there, provide the property information, and the primary seller's name and email address:
If you have an additional seller who needs to sign, you can add them by clicking on "Add Additional Seller":
You can also send a text invite to your primary seller in addition to the email invite they will receive, by providing the primary seller's phone number:
Next, scroll down to select from the available forms, and hit next:
On the next page, you can choose to provide your client with Home Sale Legal Protection, or choose "no protection, send the invite only" *Please note that this allows your client the option to purchase Home Sale Legal Protection if they would like to.
From there, your client will receive an email asking them to complete the disclosure forms. Once your client has completed and signed the forms, you will receive an email with a copy of the PDF attached.
